In a bemusing bit of development by the referee in the Super Cup, Chelsea coach Thomas Tuchel was shown a yellow card in the UEFA Super Cup
Over the years, there’s something about bald referees and Chelsea which just doesn’t get along. The club has endured some horrid officiating decisions over the years with the UEFA Super Cup match against Villareal seeing another shambolic piece of decision making.
Thomas Tuchel Receives Yellow Card At The End Of The First Half
Antonio Rudiger who was shown a yellow card in the 44th minute was defended by his boss Tuchel who was quick to lash out at the referee. However, far from pleased for questioning his powers, the referee decided to book Tuchel in the 45th minute.
