In a letter to Sony Pictures Networks, the National Commission for the Protection of Children’s Rights (NCPCR) requested that they remove an episode of Super Dancer 3 where judges can be heard asking a young contestant “vulgar & sexually explicit” questions about his parent’s life on stage.
This is in response to a video that was published on Twitter by the “Gems of Bollywood” account, which claimed that the child was asked impolite questions. Additionally, the video was accessible to all age groups on YouTube.
A number of social media users have criticised both the station’s creators and the judges. Meanwhile, the NCPCR took action against the channel and said that the questions posed to the minor child were ‘inappropriate and distressing’ in nature.

The Shameless Questions Asked By The Three Judges Calls For Inquiry
The Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015, and the Information Technology Act, 2000, have both been breached, according to the NCPCR.
Additionally, the commission demanded an explanation for why such impolite inquiries were addressed to a young child artist. The NCPCR Chairperson further specified in the letter that the Commission should receive an Action Taken Report (ATR) within seven days of receiving it.
From April 2019 until June 2019, the reality programme aired.
