According to the NYPD, there was no prior conflict between the two people before the punch… In a statement to TMZ Sports, the defendant alleged, “The defendant approached the victim (unprovoked) striking him.”
James Anastasio, 29, was apprehended by police when they got on the scene. He was arrested on accusations of assault, disorderly behaviour, and harassment, according to cops.
