Video footage of Raheem Sterling being headbutted by Stefan Savic has gone viral
As Atletico Madrid stared at the barrel with Manchester City resolutely defending their one goal advantage on Wednesday night, Stefan Savic started growing increasingly irked. And he finally lost his marbles with him flying into a rage as Phil Foden decided to waste time with just minutes to go on the clock.

Jack Grealish calling Savic a Cunt is the best bit about that game tonight. You can even hear the Brummie accent 😂👊🏼 pic.twitter.com/akK8TeHq2s

Typical Atletico behavior and we’ve seen them target Sadio a couple of years ago in the same stadium.
Then, Foden rolling back on to the pitch, exaggerating the injury and acting like Neymar is embarrassing.pic.twitter.com/ruB7Flsohr

Flamboyantly rolling on the pitch with him having regaled himself in way too many videos of Neymar, Foden was seen first rolling out off the pitch and then back on it. It lead to Stefan grabbing him and trying to lift him up to ensure play resumed instantly, a gesture which sparked a mammoth melee at the Wanda Metropolitano.
Both the set of players were involved in the squabble as they went for each other’s throats with Savic briefly seen bickering with Sterling. And while it went unnoticed at the moment, Savic was seen squaring up with Sterling as he headbutted him before running away to lock heads with Jack Grealish.
Savic was seen grabbing Grealish by the hair after being called a cunt with things continuing in the tunnel as well. Video footage of Savic chasing after Grealish inside the tunnel has gone viral with the Atletico Madrid player being needed to be held back by police as things turned extremely unsavoury on the night.
