While Pandya does have the odd good performance in him, he’s far from the player who can really take over the baton of a pure all-rounder for India. And many faithful of the Indian side have questioned why he’s continued getting a leeway in the side with many others being axed after a couple of failures.

India meanwhile found themselves at 29-1 in 4 overs after Prithvi Shaw was dismissed on the very first ball of the match. Shikhar Dhawan and Sanju Samson are currently at the crease for India at the time of writing.
