Dana White’s notorious Power Slap League included disturbing events, including Kortney Olson being viciously knocked out by Sheena Bathory with the video viral
Last night, Dana White, president of the Ultimate Fighting Championship, officially introduced the Power Slap League, and the resulting “fights” were, well, controversial.
White has had tremendous success over his 22 years with the UFC, during which time he has transformed the organisation into one of the most recognisable companies in sports and helped launch the careers of athletes like Conor McGregor and Jon Jones. The UFC supremo recently declared that he would launch his new Power Slap League in Las Vegas in an effort to legitimise and popularise the unconventional style of warfare.
Sheena Bathory knocks out Kortney Olson in Dana White’s Power Slap League, video goes viral
The new initiative from the UFC leader features fighters facing off on opposite sides of a podium and slapping each other in the face without any additional interference. Violence has already broken out on this project. However, this may be the most concerning time so far. For the women’s lightweight division, Kortney Olson faced off against Bathory. Bathory lined up a slap on Olson.

She gave her opponent a powerful blow, knocking her to the ground. Olson’s eyes were unfocused for a second, but she made an effort to stand up anyhow. The first smack from Bathory was devastating, and it was clear that her opponent’s eyes rolled back in her head.
Kortney Olson strugged to get back up
When she returned to the physicians’ office, she fell on the floor. She managed to get to her feet, but she was unable to stand up straight and she ends up crashing into the platform where the palm powder was kept.
The fight was stopped, and Bathory was pronounced the victor after doctors caught her to keep her from falling again. The disoriented rival seemed to have forgotten what had happened and was actually laughing about it. When she got up to leave, the onlookers noticed her. Conor McGregor was reportedly intrigued by a video from a competing slap promotion.
