Conor McGregor failed to even make the security guard flinch with the stoic man least perplexed by the Irishman’s antics
He’s failed to translate his antics into results in the ring across the last raft of fights but that hasn’t deterred Conor McGregor from indulging in his shenanigans. Despite being offered a raw deal in the world of MMA due to his dwindling skill set, Conor has refused to humble down as a man.
His decadent personability was at its peak ahead and during his UFC 264 trilogy matchup against Dustin Poirier. Conor’s outlandish comments prior to the fight had seen him not only belittle Dustin and his wife but had also seen him claim he would send Dustin packing on a stretcher.
Conor McGregor vs Dustin Poirier 3
Unfortunately and funnily enough for The Notorious, the law of time and deeds was quick to punish him. Receiving a hammering from Dustin in the first round of Dustin Poirier vs Conor McGregor 3, Conor ended up surrendering the fight after awkwardly landing on his foot.
Injured, the Irishman was given a dressing down as he was stretched away from the ring and taken to the hospital. Despite his claims of Dustin’s win being an illegitimate one, there’s no guising the fact that Dustin leads 2-1 ahead of the fourth showdown between the two.
