There was no time for Russell Westbrook to sign an autograph for a little fan with the video now viral
This is not the first time.
The Los Angeles Lakers player was recently caught in a video getting out of his car and utterly dismissing a child’s attempts to collect an autograph. Hence, the Lakers star has received criticism for ignoring the young fan completely who requested his autograph.

The “playoff durability” of Russell Westbrook is a concern.
According to rumours, the Los Angeles Lakers are worried about Russell Westbrook’s “playoff durability” in the 2022โ23 campaign. While head coach Darvin Ham has found a useful position for Westbrook off the bench, the Lakers are attempting to move up into the top 10 in the Western Conference.
According to various sources, the team is concerned about his postseason viability. In a bench position, Westbrook has performed admirably for the Lakers, but he continues to be sloppy with the ball and struggles to spread the floor for Los Angeles.
Mondayโs game against the Brooklyn Nets.
Westbrook was shooting only 28.2 per cent from beyond the arc and averaged 3.5 turnovers per game heading into Monday’s game against the Brooklyn Nets. He concluded the game on Monday with 17 points, 8 rebounds, 10 assists, and a 3-for-6 3-point shooting percentage.
The problem with Westbrook’s fit in the Lakers’ rotation is that he is a ball-dominant player, and if James and Davis play significant minutes in the postseason, Los Angeles may not be able to get him the touches he needs to succeed.
Playing the former MVP with James and Davis enables the other team’s defence to sag off of Westbrook and block the lane because Westbrook has had recent issues with his outside shot. The Lakers would be able to surround Davis and James with players who can spread the floor in an ideal scenario. The Lakers could try to deal Westbrook before the league’s Feb. 9 trade deadline, but they would probably also have to move draught capital to get a top-tier talent.
Westbrook averages 22.5 points, 7.3 rebounds, 8.4 assists, and 1.6 steals per game this season. The Lakers only have a 23-27 record, which puts them in 13th place in the Western Conference.
