Sunil Gavaskar became the latest name to keep Rajdeep Sardesai at bay on live TV during a discussion on Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharma and the Indian team captaincy
Over the years, Rajdeep Sardesai hasn’t refrained from peddling out his agenda be it during interviews, on live TV during debates or in conclaves. Having a clear left-leaning propaganda, Sardesai was most recently exposed when he went onto peddle fake news during the ongoing farmers protest to try and hit out at the incumbent Narendra Modi government.

Sardesai turned into a cricket expert this time around with him deciding to jump onto the bandwagon of the ongoing brouhaha surrounding Virat Kohli and him being stripped of the Indian ODI team captaincy by the BCCI. On December 14, during a debate on India Today about the rumoured tiff between Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma where former Indian Captain Sunil Gavaskar was a panelist, Sardesai disagreed with the Indian cricket legend.
Replying to a question from Rahul Kanwal who had asked Gavaskar what he would suggest to Jay Shah and BCCI president Sourav about handling the situation, Gavaskar said it would be best if they both ignored it. Sunil went onto add that with there being no confirmed reports of a squabble between the two cricketers, there was no need to indulge in any controversy.

Sardesai went onto say he didn’t agree with Gavaskar, to which the cricket replied, “Rajdeep if you don’t agree with me, it doesn’t matter. I won’t lose sleep over it.”
The last time Rajdeep had been shunned was in 2017 by Mukesh Ambani who had gone onto tell him he didn’t take him seriously.
