Despite Prasidh Krishna bowling an impeccable 19th maiden wicket over with Delhi needing 36 off the final over, Powell refused to fazed on the night. However, as he sent the third ball for a six as well, the Capitals dugout was seen boisterously demanding a no ball for height. While it wasn’t forthcoming from the onfield umpires, their refusal to refer it to the third umpire left captain Rishabh Pant seething with him seen bellowing at Rovman Powell and Kuldeep Yadav to leave the field in protest.

While the umpires refused to entertain the request, Delhi decided to send on Pravin Amre to try and get the umpire’s to change their school of thought. He was seen involved in a bried feud with umpire Nitin Menon before eventually conceding defeat as he headed back to the boundary line with Rajasthan going onto seal a 15 run win on the night.
