Phil Foden sure does like being the centrestage of things. While he was unable to defend his mother getting punched in the face, Foden backed by his entire Manchester City squad decided to indulge in some special shenanigans when he travelled to the Wanda Metropolitano to take on Atletico Madrid.

With City deploying their opponent’s tactics on the night as they defended in numbers striving to keep their one goal advantage intact, the hosts grew increasingly perturbed. Rolling out of the pitch and then back onto it, the city player was grabbed by Savic who tried to forcibly get him back on his feet. Savic’s actions lead to a widespread feud erupting on the pitch with both the set of players getting involved in the bustup.
While Foden received treatment for a large part of the spat, once back on his feet, he decided to mock Simeone. Video footage of Foden laughing at Simeone as he flew into a rage has gone viral with the City man seen having the time of his life as the Atletico Madrid supremo bickered with the officials.
