Although 3 and 4 are merely remasters, these games really only received higher resolution and minor graphical improvements. But that is likely to change, as it seems Atlus is working on a complete remake of Persona 3, and it’s possible that some of the game’s recent footage has already leaked.
Online leaks of Persona 3 remake footage set the gaming world on fire.
The Persona series of mystery role-playing games frequently deals with psychological concerns that exist in real life. The Shin Megami Tensei series, which is essentially a darker version of Persona, is where this series first emerged.
Players are placed in the middle of a cast of characters in a social scene while they engage in these games. The items and people players prioritise affect the course that this story takes, and they must balance their normal gameplay with the social life of the character.
Persona 3 was first released in 2005 on the PlayStation 2. The gameplay and narrative of the game received high praise. It was ultimately converted to the PlayStation Portable, where it again received positive reviews despite lacking several features. The problem is that, for some reason, Atlus released the portable version of the game without those capabilities when it was first released as a remaster on these contemporary systems.
Fans didn’t like this because they expected the full version but instead got this condensed portable version. Then it was revealed that Atlus actually had much more ambitious intentions for Persona 3 and was developing a full-fledged new-generation remake of the title. The supporters were thrilled by this and were now curious to see how the game will seem. When a clip from this remake surfaced, the answer to this question was revealed quite recently.
Although the authenticity of this footage hasn’t been verified, everyone is raving about how amazing it appears. The fact is that even if this film is authentic, it is quite unlikely that Atlus will confirm it, since no corporation has publicly acknowledged that their game was leaked. Instead, they repair the damage and delete that video.
In these cases, it is advised that ecstatic fans treat this information with caution. We’ll be sure to report on any confirmations as soon as they come in.
