While watching the opening minutes of a Memphis Grizzlies vs. Orlando Magic game, the fan was in the spotlight as the kiss cam panned to him and his female companion. They weren’t aware they were up for a while, and when they were, the guy boldly dared to move to kiss her. However, he was embarrassed when the woman laughed and withdrew.

The guy seemed to wish he could have vanished into a hole, but they both laughed it off awkwardly afterwards. Soon after, the footage went viral on X in no time. Supporters offered the man their sympathies. Furthermore, they said they had severe doubts about whether there is a more uncomfortable feeling than being ignored and friend-zoned on live television. It could have been worse, of course; she could have given him a slap. Either way, it was going to hurt.
