Serbian Television Managed To Capture The Brawl On Camera
In a statement, FIBA stated: “FIBA has launched an investigation in the wake of the event. Mali was only able to qualify for the World Cup because Nigeria’s government withdrew the team due to an ongoing leadership issue at the top of the Nigerian basketball league.
On Monday, Mali lost to Canada 88-65 to end their tournament. Nothing more or less is visible in this situation other than a great deal of passion.
“I don’t think there should even be any punishment; I think this is the kind of behaviour that occurs frequently among teams but typically goes unnoticed by cameras.
If this were hockey, nobody would even blink an eye. I adore the shocked expression on the player’s face who was being interviewed when the fight started.
She was obviously shocked, but she also seemed genuinely interested in what was happening. How do you feel? Do they warrant punishment?
