The 40-year-old hurdler and bobsledder started the visuals in tears, regretting that she has been waiting a long time for a companion with whom she could raise a family. But that she feels like she is “running out of time” as she approaches that age.

She also expressed that the pressure of having to decide to either freeze her eggs or not at this time is too much for her. She received a lot of negative feedback in the responses. So she chose to publish part two of her freezing procedure while also sharing the trolls’ remarks. Lolo wrote in the description, “I never imagined I would get mocked for having kids. “I was termed dried up or infertile, ridiculed, chastised, and advised to adopt instead.
“Being a woman is difficult. We are acutely conscious of the ticking of our “biological clock.” Believe me, I’ve gone out with men who questioned if I was old enough to have children.ย To be fair, the men genuinely don’t know. And they can’t since each woman has a unique biological clock. You can have a child naturally at 43 or in your early thirties with a poor egg reserve. We are all quite unique.
“Sincerely, I sense a weight being lifted. Since I’ve been on so many awful dates later, I no longer feel pressured or hurried to get married in order to raise a family that might result in divorce,” she had said when freezing her eggs.
