But following Darren’s decision to do something new for the Fourth of July this year, many of his followers are concerned about his most recent live stream.
Viewer Lights Fireworks Inside His Home
iShowSpeed presented a special live stream on July 4th to celebrate the holiday with his YouTube viewers. A joint call between Darren and British rapper KSI, a fellow YouTuber named Olajide Olayinka Williams Olatunji, was seen in the live stream.
Later in the stream, Darren made the decision to blow off some steam by lighting off fireworks in his room to celebrate the Fourth of July. He definitely didn’t anticipate things to go awry.
Before the pyrotechnics flooded the room with sparks and smoke, Darren put them in a plastic Pikachu toy. Firefighters arrived at the scene to inspect the damage caused by the fireworks after they were called to the scene.

Fans of Darren expressed their worries on his YouTube video and hoped that he and his mother weren’t wounded in the tragedy.
“This was undoubtedly one of the craziest things I’ve ever watched live online. How terrifying to witness this in person? I hope you and your mother are doing well, a subscriber wrote on Darren’s YouTube video.
“This is by far one of the CRAZIEST videos that speed has ever live-streamed on YouTube,” another follower commented. Speed, I’m relieved you’re ok. In so many ways, this might have been wrong!
“This was really crazy, without a doubt one of the craziest streamer moments ever,” a third person exclaimed. I hope everything is good for Speed and his family.
Another person said, “This man constantly manages to make himself go viral.”
