YouTube streamer Darren “IShowSpeed” was astonished to learn yesterday (September 29) that his father, DaddySpeed, had released a song titled “I Show The Meat” to mock his iShow Meat video clip

For those who are unaware, the phrase in the headline relates to a recent occurrence (August 16) in which the streamer accidentally exposed his private part to his viewers during a live stream.

The streamer’s father, Darren Sr., was seen mockingly singing the words “I show the meat” the days after the incident. The streamer was obviously furious by this, which caused him to argue with his father. But it seems that his father only made the situation worse by releasing a whole song about it. The streamer was clearly upset when he approached his father over FaceTime and dared him to a fight, even though the entire song was a spoof and meant in good humour.

When his father performs a spoof song about him, IShowSpeed almost tears up

When IShowSpeed learned that his father had published a song mocking his embarrassing moment while he was live streaming, yesterday’s stream took a fairly dramatic turn. He reacted to the song by saying: “Dad! I’m about to beat your a**! I’m about to beat the f**k outta you, dad! b**ch! On god, you’re not my daddy no more. I’m never calling your a**. This ni**a just made a f**king song about my f**king d*ck!”

Later on in the stream, he addressed his father and brother about the song, tearing up as he did so. His brother had appeared in the music video. He said when talking to his father: “You not listening! You made a f**king song about my f**king pack! I’m about to beat the f**k out you, dad! I don’t give a f**k anymore. I’m about to beat your a**. Dad, I’m beating your a**. We gotta f**king fight!”

The entire event naturally inspired a flurry of responses on YouTube. The inadvertent self-exposure by IShowSpeed attracted a lot of media attention and raised the question of whether YouTube would suspend him. However, the site took no action against him as he quickly erased the stream.
