The Boise State vs Fresno State football game saw a colossal fight break out in the stands as things turned ugly
Ever since fans have been allowed to once again fill stadiums in full capacity in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have been regaled in a string of atrocious fights. As things have failed to swing in their favour on the pitch, irate fans have lost their marbles, going bonkers to clash with their rival fans.

The same was on show when Boise State took on Fresno State with things going out of hand in one of the ugliest and biggest brawls of the year. Boise State’s 40-14 win was marred with a string of fans mauling each other with things turning so sour that they spilled onto the pitch as well.

Three different fights erupted at the Bulldog Stadium which have lead to five arrests till now. All incidents were alcohol related as per Fresno State Police Sergeant Carlos Frausto. Footage which has been captured of the brawl also shows people falling five feet from the stands and into the concrete concourse with the fight eventually going onto continue on the field where police intervened.
“During the course of that disturbance, one of the subjects that was fighting was being taken into custody by a Fresno Police officer. And the father of the individual that was being taken into custody pulled that officer away from his son, impeding the officer’s efforts to arrest this individual,” Carlos informed.
The fights largely involved 23rd placed Fresno State fans with atleast one felony being confirmed in the aftermath of the incident.
