Prior to Manchester United’s loss to Brighton in the Premier League opener on Saturday, Harry Maguire has been charged with forcing team members to line up on the incorrect side of the tunnel with him now failing to understand where the dressing room is ahead of the showdown vs Brentford with the video viral
A video showing Maguire and the rest of his Manchester United colleagues warming up before the match against Brighton has gone viral. David de Gea, who is positioned behind Maguire, however, appears incredibly perplexed and gestures toward the other side of the tunnel while speaking to the United captain.
Harry Maguire Fails To Understand Which Direction The Away Team Dressing Room Is Ahead Of Game vs Brentford After Previosuly Making Players Stand In The Wrong Direction Against Brighton In The Tunnel, Video Goes Viral
He was this time seen perplexed as he walked down the Brentford tunnel with him unaware how to read the directions sign and head into the away team dressing room.

Maguire then walks over and exchanges positions with the Brighton team that was positioned. Everyone appeared to be a little confused, and United supporters are criticising their captain for not knowing which side of the tunnel to line up before the 2-1 loss.
Modifications have been done by Ten Hag himself
The modification was described by United on their official website. The manager, staff, and substitutes for United will now be seated in the seats to the west of the halfway line, the dugout that was formerly held by the opposing team, according to a revised layout agreed upon with Erik.
Erik approved the change during his first visit to Old Trafford in May, when he noticed that the old away dugout was located nearer to the tunnel and the side of the field where replacements warm up.
The home side will be nearer to the Stretford End
The Stretford End, the traditional centre of the home crowd, will be closer to the home staff and players when the teams switch sides. Area where the home and visiting teams warm up before the game, the dugouts will be placed parallel to the field’s two halves.
This most certainly means that before the game, the players must transfer places in the dugout, something that clearly escaped Maguire’s attention. It’s an easy mistake to make, and it probably doesn’t warrant the level of criticism that the defender received on social media.
