The young players have drawn a lot of attention from fans while also wowing the football world with their incredible skills. In a recent video, Pedri was shown receiving a mysterious note from what appeared to be a female fan.
Barcelona player Gavi had already received a note from a fan in September of last year that many mistook for a phone number, and now it seemed that another midfielder for the Blaugrana was the fan favourite. In a now-viral video from the award show, a female fan sneakily handed Pedri a note that appears to be a phone number, and the 20-year-old hastily tucked it away in his pocket.

Several fans compared Pedri and Gavi as the video gained popularity because the latter had seen the same thing happen to him in September 2022 during his encounter with supporters at the Camp Nou store.
Pedri was honoured during the Barcelona Players Awards.

Pedri has been sidelined owing to an injury.
Pedri suffered a hamstring injury and was forced to leave the match early in the first half of Barcelona’s 2-2 tie with Manchester United in the UEFA Europa League playoff on Thursday night at the Cam Nou. It was a tough blow for the Catalonian midfielder since he was in excellent form, However, he remarked at the event that he has been recovering well and hopes to be back soon to help the club.
The Catalan giants overcame Cadiz 2-0 on Sunday at the Cam Nou in the La Liga 2022–23, moving eight points ahead of Real Madrid, who are currently in second position and the reigning champions. On Thursday night, Barcelona and Man United will play each other in the second round of the UEL Playoffs at Old Trafford.
