Although a fall is a fall, those fans may experience some minor injuries as a result.

Malott secured a win against Fugitt.

In contrast, Mike Malott squared off against Adam Fugitt in front of Canadian spectators. Malott has come out of hiding and continues to be the top Canadian prospect in the UFC. He can wrestle and grapple at a high level. He can go up the rankings of a crowded welterweight division if he works on his striking. Elite competitors like Leon Edwards, Shavkat Rakhmonov, Belal Muhammad, Colby Covington, and Gilbert Burns compete in the welterweight division.

Malott might not be able to compete with them at this point. Although there is space for growth, the Canadian fighter will put in a lot of effort to enhance his striking in order to realise his dream of winning the UFC championship. In the second round, he used a guillotine choke to finish off Fugitt. Now that their hometown hero won the battle, the Canadian supporters who managed to squeeze through the barrier can celebrate.
