He would go live on Instagram to display a video of his wrecked automobile and explain that a 14-year-old who had stolen his parents’ car had hit him head-on. The welterweight champion declared during an Instagram live: “He ran the light! F*** my entire s*** off. I always experience this. Thank God I didn’t bring my children with me. I don’t care about not having a car, s***. My mother got me. My leg up was fucked. It’s absurd.

The fighter continued to make unbelievable claims, saying that his car was “all metal” and “bulletproof.” Another theory put forth by Spence’s friend was that a 14-year-old who had stolen his parents’ automobile was to blame for the collision. He claimed that the unidentified underage motorist was travelling at an excessive rate of speed when he ran a red light.

In 2019, the boxer already faced a severe accident.

According to Jake Donovan of BoxingScene.com, this would be the third car incident he has been involved in since October 2019. Spence was involved in a single-car collision in 2019 that resulted in severe injuries when he lost control of his Ferrari while speeding. He was ejected from his Ferrari after losing control of it while travelling at a high rate of speed through his hometown of Dallas, Texas.

He was thus admitted to intensive care, but he didn’t break any bones. He did, however, acknowledge having post-traumatic stress disorder. The boxer later admitted to operating a vehicle while inebriated and was sentenced to three days in jail as well as $3400 (ยฃ2274) in court fees..

Fans want a Crawford-Spence battle.

Spence’s collision on Saturday happened right before Terence Crawford’s big welterweight fight against David Avanesyan. Crawford prevailed in the match, which was held in his native Omaha, Nebraska, extending his already remarkable record to 39-0.

A Crawford-Spence battle is currently the dream of many boxing fans. Despite numerous failed contract negotiations over the years, the two unbeaten rivals have yet to confront one another. The fight was scheduled for November, but negotiations broke down. Since his fight with Ugas in April, Spence has not competed. He has a 28-0 career record.
