Watch: Enes Kanter Hits Out At LeBron James, Michael Jordan And Nike Over Slave Labour In China

Enes Kanter has continued his assault against with him berating Nike for the company’s appalling silence on the forced labour policies in China

A week back, Boston Celtics’ Enes Kanter had done what 90% of the people and players associated with the NBA couldn’t till now. Unlike his counterparts who are way too willing to have their mouths silenced by wards of cash, Kanter took to talking about the incessant atrocities being committed by the Chinese government.

Kanter talked about how people in Tibet had no rights with China having forcibly taken over the country. Over the years, China has gone onto wreck havoc in its neighboring lands as a part of its global warfare, one which included the rampant spread of COVID across the world.

While Kanter was punishment by China subsequently with the country instantly banning all Celtics games in the country, Kanter hasn’t folded over. Despite the blatant lack of freedom of speech in China with the country curbing anything which doesn’t toe its line, Kanter has continued his offensive against the country’s horrendous policies.

Enes Kanter Question Nike’s Stand On China

He’s now lashed out at sporting brand Nike with him taking to Instagram to hit out at the company. Kanter has questioned the silence Nike has maintained over the forced labour China employees in Nike stores in China with him even dragging LeBron James and Michael Jordan into the argument.

How about I book plane tickets for us, let’s fly to China together. We can try to visit these slave labor camps and you can see with your own eyes. LeBron James and Michael Jordan, you guys are welcome to come too. Nike must be a participant in this. Stop the hypocrisy. Stop the modern-day slavery now,” Kanter said.
