The Indian Premier League (IPL) 2023 has begun its 16th season. On April 2, Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) and Mumbai Indians (MI) will square off in their opening game. Meanwhile, Virat Kohli, RCB captain Faf du Plessis, and team members were seen socialising at an event prior to their game.
But during the conversation, Plessis’ response to a question on the team’s season-long objectives shocked everyone. Plessis mispronounced the RCB’s catchphrase, “Ee Sala Cup Namde,” saying “Ee Sala Cup Nahi.” The phrase “Ee Sala Cup Namde” roughly translates to “This year the cup is ours.” Nevertheless, Faf du Plessis substituted “Ee Sala Cup Nahi” for “Namde,” leaving Kohli speechless.

R̥CB vs MI: Preview
The 2023 season of the Indian Premier League (IPL) will finally include a great match when the Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) and Mumbai Indians (MI) square off at the Chinnaswamy Stadium on Sunday, April 2.
