David de Gea managed to finally save a penalty as he dispelled Mark Noble’s effort to give Manchester United a 2-1 win vs West Ham
Looking headed for a 1-1 draw, West Ham vs Manchester United burst alive in the closing stages. Jesse Lingard who was brought on for Paul Pogba scored a wondrous goal in the 89th minute, one which looked set to give Manchester United a 2-1 win on the day.

However, Luke Shaw ended up giving away a penalty in the 3rd minute of added time as Andriy Yarmolenko’s cross hit his arm. With VAR confirming that it was a penalty for handball, Mark Noble stepped up to rescue a point for the hosts as he was brought on in the 90+4th minute to specially take the penalty on offer.

However, Noble failed to repose the faith earmarked in him by David Moyes as he tottered onto the field, replacing Jarrod Bowen. Noble scuffed his tracks when it mattered most, as David judged correctly, diving to his left to parry away a tame effort from Noble.
