In the Bills-Bengals game on “Monday Night Football,” the Bills’ safety fell to the ground following what appeared to be a routine hit. After collapsing on the ground, the 24-year-old lay unmoving. Damar Hamlin experienced a heart arrest as a result of the tackle, according to the Buffalo Bills’ official Twitter account.

The ESPN programme stated that medical professionals were “frantically” performing CPR on Hamlin while he was experiencing the medical emergency; they had been doing so for more than 10 minutes. Additionally, it was mentioned in the broadcast that Hamlin received oxygen while being loaded into the ambulance.

According to an NFL release, Hamlin’s condition was classified as “critical” after being taken to the hospital. In an ambulance that left at 9:25 p.m. ET, Hamlin’s family accompanied him, according to ESPN’s “Monday Night Football” programme. He was taken to the Level 1 trauma centre at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center. There has been no change to Hamlin’s situation, according to his agent, Ira Turner.
