Jericho Dealing with a Broken Nose
Chris Jericho, an AEW superstar, revealed on Twitter on Thursday that he cracked his nose during his bout against Eddie Kingston on Wednesday’s AEW Dynamite show.
Jericho provided footage of the incident, in which Kingston appeared to accidentally hit him in the face with a steel chair while taking a Codebreaker:

Jericho and Kingston engaged in combat in a barbed-wire deathmatch as the Jericho Appreciation Society was imprisoned in a shark cage as part of their ongoing, personal animosity. However, Jericho’s associates were able to flee, and they helped him defeat Kingston in a deadly battle.
Kingston defeated Jericho in their first encounter at Revolution in March, but Jericho turned heel after that and has been working hard to exact retribution.
At the Forbidden Door, Jericho, Sammy Guevara, and Minoru Suzuki defeated Wheeler Yuta, Shota Umino, and Kingston in a six-man tag team match before Kingston’s team defeated Jericho’s side in a Blood & Guts contest.
Jericho defeated Kingston in the singles match for the first time on Wednesday, which would indicate that the two will keep fighting. The payout, however, might have to wait a little while because Jericho needs to recover from the broken nose he received at the hands of Kingston.
