Kohberger was born on November 21, 1994. He completed an associate’s degree in psychology at Northampton Community College in 2018, and will earn a bachelor’s degree in the same field from DeSales University in 2020.

Kohberger was a teaching assistant and Ph.D. criminology student at Washington State University in Pullman, which is just about a 15-minute drive from Moscow, Idaho, when he was arrested. The university announced that Kohberger had recently completed his first semester there.

At a press conference on Friday afternoon, Moscow Police Chief James Fry verified that Kohberger lived in Washington state. The college also revealed that university police assisted Idaho law enforcement officers in searching Kohberger’s on-campus residence and office.

A new angle of podcast has come out in Idaho murder case

Many online reports and rumours have surfaced in the wake of Bryan Kohberger’s arrest for the Idaho killings. The 28-year-old guy who on November 13 is believed to have murdered Kaylee Goncalves, Madison Mogen, Xana Kernodle, and Ethan Chapin while they slept allegedly has revealed a very intriguing side of himself.

Kohberger, who was detained on a warrant for first-degree murders, has a master’s degree in criminal justice. And was working on his doctorate in criminology at the time of the quadruple homicide, it has been revealed. Also Enzo Yaksic, a criminal profiler and founder of the Atypical Homicide Research Group in Boston, was quoted as saying. “I suspect that Kohberger was well aware of his dark nature and homicidal ideation and endeavored to discover more about himself through his studies.”

Yaksic continued, “But pursuing an advanced degree to become a better murderer is a foolhardy exercise as nothing more is learned about such tactics and strategies than can be found on a popular podcast or true crime book.”

The caller, who has been identified as the suspected killer, allegedly introduced himself as “Dave” and claimed: “I reside in a college town and I’ve worked with at least ten Sigma Chi members.” Continuing in a disturbing fashion, the person claimed, “every single one of them has asked me if you are going to kill somebody how would you get away with it.”

In addition, he stated, “I just wonder maybe this is nothing more than some kid in the fraternity trying to prove himself.” However, the caller started making excuses and contradicting himself when the host asked him why he hadn’t called the police instead of contacting him.

Bryan Kohberger audio clip has now gone to FBI

The call has not been verified, however a Twitter account claims that “the host of the channel today has stated he sent the call to the FBI.” The alleged host took to Twitter to discuss the situation, writing, “I am the guy (Bryan Kohberger) who originally had this caller on the phone on my podcast Allegedly With T-REV” now everyone is saying this is the killer but i do not know this to be a fact yet so please let everyone know #Idaho4 #idahohomicides #IdahoStudentsSuspect #idahosuspect #BryanKohberger.”

Among the many comments left on the video, one reads, “I’m glad that you turned this into the authorities. They should be able to break down all of the technicalities regarding voice recognition etc. And compare it to his actual voice. We’ll see how it plays out.” Another user tweeted, “What’s odd is his verbiage and accent. I travel the US. Have friends in every state. He doesn’t use verbiage like he lived in PA all his life. He does talk like PNW or mid western.’
