The Aloha Bar in Portimao, an Algarve beach town, saw the start of the violence, and the terrified employees ran for safety to try to escape becoming wounded in the chaos. Amazingly, no one was badly hurt during the altercation on June 20 even though it was reported that some participants needed medical attention.

Police later identified seven British teenagers, some of whom had criminal histories, according to the cops.
