A video of a fight between several women outside of the Privat Social Club in San Antonio has gone viral
In the video, one of the club’s bouncer is seen throwing a woman to the ground.

Reports say that on April 1, there were six different fights outside the Privat Social Club, which made for a chaotic scene. On the video, you can see several women fighting, pulling each other’s hair and punching each other before the guard steps in.

In the video, you can see the bouncer pick up a woman wearing a top and pants and slam her to the ground, making dollar bills fly out of her purse. As other fights went on around her, the woman lay still for a moment before slowly getting up.
Another woman who was yelling that she couldn’t see was pepper-sprayed by the same guard. It’s not clear what started the fight in the first place, but no one involved has called the cops.
Private security company hired by club accused of inadequate staffing
The security company that was in charge of the bouncers is said to have said that they only had two people there at the time to handle the situation until the cops arrived. Precision Defense Group, a private security team, hired the bouncer. A managing partner at the club told KENS5 that more surveillance tape was needed before they could do anything else.
The San Antonio cops Department said in a statement, “The fight had already been broken prior to police arrival, by security at the location.” They also said that before the cops arrived, a woman who was fighting with security was pepper-sprayed and told to leave, which she did.
Since November 2022, there have been many reports about the business, including four for drunken behavior, nine for fights or assaults, 12 for shots fired, and 12 for a burglary alarm.
