Sergeant Kurt Hannon has testified at court about how Aiden Fucci has seen using his Snapchat account while in police custody and riding in the back of the cruiser, as per Law&Crime with his video and post viral
One of the pictures shared by Aiden Fucci was of him while taking a peace sign selfie from the backseat with a sentence that read, “Hey guys have you seen Tristyn lately” to his Snapchat.
The court was shown a video of Aiden Fucci in a jovial mood with another teen in the back of the cruiser, in which he was saying, “Having fun in the fucking cop car,” and he once more names Bailey. The cheerleader’s body has not been discovered yet at that point.

Aiden Fucci’s parents point out that he was the last person who saw her before chastising him for uploading his Snapchat videos. His father believes that he was not “very smart” to post to his Snapchat account in the surveillance video as his mother said, the video was spread all across the internet.

Aiden Fucci’s imprisonment
Aiden Fucci who is just 16 years old pleaded guilty to the first-degree murder of cheerleader Tristyn Bailey on Monday, 6th of February as the hearing for this juvenile began in Florida. On Mother’s Day in 2021, Aiden Fucci was a minor, just 14 years old when his class fellow Bailey got murdered.

Bailey had suffered 49 defensive stab wounds on his hands, arms, and also on the head and was stabbed 114 times. The medical expert was able to “locate” the knife tip that was used for attacking her in the victim’s scalp.
Currently, Aiden will be serving more than 40 years in prison. The death sentence is not an option just because he was a minor when the crime was committed.
