Was PSG vs Saudi Arabia All Star XI in the Riyadh Season Cup rigged
In the Riyadh Season Cup on Thursday at the King Fahd International Stadium, Cristiano Ronaldo, who was playing for the first time in Saudi Arabia, converted a first-half penalty against PSG. However, Neymar, a forward for Les Rouge-et-Blu, missed a crucial penalty.
Fans speculate the game was rigged.
At the break, both teams were tied at 2-2. While the first half of the encounter between PSG and Riyadh 11 was action-packed, several fans claimed that the game was fixed.
“Lol we all know the contest is fixed for Ronaldo,” a Twitter user remarked. “There is no doubt that the PSG vs. Ronaldo game is rigged to include a goal from Ronaldo or at the very least result in a draw. The defender makes no attempt to jump for Ronaldo’s second goal “, a second one added.

PSG came out victorious.
When the two footballing greats faced off against one another, Lionel Messi came out victorious. The European giants triumphed 5-4, with goals from Messi, Marquinhos, Ramos, Mbappe and Ekitike.
The first of nine goals in a most interesting game was scored in the third minute, which was when it all began. Neymar floated the ball over four defenders with the outside of his right foot, and Messi raced onto it to score between the goalkeeper and left back.
Ronaldo scored with a penalty in the 34th minute. Keylor Navas, the PSG goalkeeper, stepped outside of his line to block the ball, but instead made contact with a jumping Ronaldo, drawing a penalty. Ronaldo then blasted the ball past Navas and into the right-centre corner. Marquinhos, a centre-back for PSG, gave the French team the lead in the 43rd minute despite left-back Juan Bernat receiving a red card in the 39th.
Hyeon Soo Jang and Sergio Ramos both scored for the Riyadh All-Stars and PSG respectively in the second half. Mbappe’s second penalty in the end-to-end game decided the game. Hugo Ekitike, a substitute, scored PSG’s fifth goal as time expired, highlighting the French team’s domination. Around the hour mark, Ronaldo and Messi were both removed.
