Authorities leave Josh Giddey without filing any charges

It is said that Josh Giddey and Liv Cook had an encounter in Newport Beach, California. That’s the reason the Newport Beach Police Department started looking into everything, including Cook’s family, who had renowned attorney Gloria Allred defend them. The girl’s family hired a prominent lawyer, but they refused to work with the police on the inquiry. As a result, the police were forced to declare the case closed and bring no charges against Giddey.

“After a thorough and exhaustive examination, we have completed our investigation into information that was circulating on social media involving Josh Giddey,” the Newport Police stated in a statement. “Our detectives have reviewed all of the available information and were unable to corroborate any criminal activity related to Mr. Giddey.”
