This time, the auction will be a two-day event where Category A and B players will be bidded on the first day while the remaining players on the next day.
About 500 top Kabaddi players worldwide will feature in the player auction. A total of 12 teams will be in action for this year’s PKL season and these teams have already released the list of retained players before the auction.
Some of the big names in Kabaddi like Fazel Attrachali, Deepak Hooda, Pradeep Narwal, Pawan Shehrawat, and Rahul Chaudhari, will all be a part of this year’s auction.

This time teams are allowed to spend Rs 4.4 crores and according to the number of players retained by each team, the value of the own funds is also adjusted accordingly.

• Jaipur Pink Panthers – left with Rs 2.76 crores
• Bengal Warriors – left with Rs 2.76 crores
• Puneri Paltan – left with Rs 2.69 crores

• Dabang Delhi KC – left with Rs 1.95 crores
Gujarat Giants and Telugu Titans have more money left in their pockets while Dabang Delhi KC is left with the least money amongst the twelve teams.
In the previous edition of the PKL, Pradeep Narwal was signed by UP Yodha for ₹1.65 crores, making him the most expensive player in the history of PKL. It will be interesting to see who will come out as the highest-priced player this time at the auction.
