On May 20, the 21st season of the Vitality T20 Blast 2023 began, with 18 County sides competing in the domestic T20 tournament in the United Kingdom.

The England and Wales Cricket Board hosts the world’s oldest domestic T20 league, which has 18 teams. These total 18 teams have been separated into two groups of nine. Over the course of the season, 133 matches will be played across several venues, including two semi-finals and a final.
Birmingham Bears will face Yorkshire Vikings on the first day, while Derbyshire Falcons will face Lancashire Lightning. On the final day of the league stage, July 2, Nottinghamshire (Notts Outlaws) will play Hampshire Hawks, while Yorkshire Vikings will play Kent Spitfires.
The teams have been grouped Into two groups such as North and South. The North group includes teams as:

Lancashire Lightning

Northants Steelbacks
Notts Outlaws
Worcestershire Rapids

Hampshire are the reigning champions. In the primary domestic T20 league, the Hawks will look to defend their championship. With three championships, Haws and Leicestershire Lightning are the most successful teams in the tournament’s history.
Between May 20 and July 2, the teams in both groups will play 14 games in seven home and away configurations. The top four teams from each group will then face off in the quarter-finals, with the quarter-final winners advancing to the semi-finals. Both semi-finals and the final will take place on the same day, July 15, at Edgbaston Stadium in Birmingham.
