Violent Night Release Date And Release Platform
Violent Night will arrive on Friday that is the 2nd of December 2022 in theatres. It will be also available on Netflix later on.
Violent Night Ratings, Running Time, And Plot
Violent Night received an R rating in the United States. Parent Previews reported that it has received these ratings from MPAA and BBFC for very strong bloody violence, language throughout, and few sexual references. It involves some violence in its 112-minute runtime. The Violent Night is not a horror film. There are few gores that can be considered an element belonging to the genre. Moreover, it’s billed as an action-comedy movie.
Violent Night is the story of a paramilitaries’ group that attacks a wealthy family’s estate on the Eve of Christmas. The daughter of the family asks Santa to help out them for wishing Christmas wishes and he answers the call, and began to take down the attackers.
The film’s director has recently sat down for an interview with ScreenRant and also was asked what attracted him for presenting Santa as an action hero:
Director stated “I was just like, ‘Yeah, I want to do just because if we get the Christmas movie to nature of it right, the beating heart between the Santa and the little girl and their relationship, we get away with everything else. We can go as crazy as they want, and we can really make a Christmas film that stands out.’ Yeah, that was the goal.”
