After becoming a must have player in Fantasy Premier League last season, Bruno Fernandes hasn’t received the same love from FPL managers in the 2021-22 Premier League season.

With Cristiano Ronaldo taking up penalty duties at Manchester United since his arrival from Juventus, Fernandes no longer carries the same value he once did. And given his staggering price, the midfielder has been offloaded by FPL managers who have been more inclined to snare Mohamed Salah in the game.

However, its something which has clearly left the Portuguese disgruntled. The midfielder was recently recorded by a fan who drove up next to him and talked about how he didn’t have Fernandes in his FPL team.
He went onto add that it was due to him choosing Salah, comments which left Bruno irked with him seen immediately driving away after being informed of the fan’s decision. The fan went onto post the video online, one which has since gone viral.
Bruno however could once again be in the reckoning of FPL teams after his showing against Arsenal. With Ole Gunnar Solskjaer having departed the club and Ralf Rangnick having taken over as interim manager for the remainder of the season, Bruno could be back to working his magic and unlocking his true potential as a player.
Manchester United recently defeated Arsenal 3-2 owing to two strikes from Cristiano Ronaldo. The goals came shortly after Ronaldo finished in sixth place in the Ballon d’Or 2021 rankings with Lionel Messi winning his seventh award.
