And this is exactly what happened when the French basketball athlete shared a photo on his Instagram story. Ahead of the 2023 NBA Draft, Wembanyama appeared at the Yankee Stadium to throw out the ceremonial first pitch. The internet went into a meltdown upon seeing how small a baseball looked in his giant hands.
Following the pitch, Wembanyama took a photo of a baseball in his hands and posted it to his Instagram story. The French athlete clearly saw the funny side as they regulation baseball clearly looked like an egg or a marble in his giant hands.
