Valorant Patch Note And Episode 3.0 Release Date, Updates And New Agents

Valorant has launched its all-new patch note and episode 3.0 with a lot of new updates and changes in the game after revealing the release date

Valorant completed its one year recently and to celebrate that they are here with a new update and all-new game mechanics. It seems like Riot has changed almost everything a little bit. From the price drop of weapons to the increase in the price of agent’s abilities, everything is nerfed. The update went live at 6:30 AM on 23rd June according to IST and almost every country across the world has received this new update.

Also, a new agent KAYO has arrived in the game and this new initiator has got some insane abilities. Players can unlock the new agent by completing the agent missions or by buying radiante points.

All The Changes Made in Valorant Patch Note And Episode 3.0 And Release Date

Agents’ abilities saw a huge nerf in this update. Agents like Breach and Skye’s flashes have been reduced from 3 to 2. And, almost every agent saw a nerf.

Astral Stars Cost: Decreased from 200 Credits to 150 Credits
Also, Only one free star will be available when the round starts instead of two.

Aftershock Cost: Increased from 100 Credits to 200 Credits

Earlier, one explosion occurred aftershock but now, Aftershock will have three small explosions of 60 damage.
Flashpoint Cost: Increased from 200 Credits to 250 Credits
Flashpoint Charges: 3 Charges to 2 Charges

Incendiary(Molly): Increased from 200 Credits to 250 Credits

Cypher ultimate will now require six points instead of seven.

Zero Point: Free Signature Ability
Players will require seven Ult points to acquire NULL/cmd of this robotic agent.

Updraft Cost: Increased from 100 Credits to 150 Credits
Players will now require seven Ult points instead of six to acquire Blade Storm after the patch note 3.0

Guiding Light Chargers: There will be now only two flashes instead of 3.
Also, every 40s Guiding Light flashes will now regenerate

Players will now require eight Ult points instead of seven to acquire Hunter’s Fury afterthe update.

Change in Weapon Prices After Valorant Patch 3.0

Valorant weapon prices saw a downfall. Earlier, the weapon were slightly high but now it looks perfect as they decreased around 100-150 credits for every weapon.

  • Ares: Decreased from 1600 Credits to 1550 Credits
  • Bucky: Decreased from 900 Credits to 850 Credits
  • Bulldog: Decreased from 2100 Credits to 2050 Credits
  • Frenzy: Decreased from 500 Credits to 450 Credits
  • Guardian: Decreased from 2400 Credits to 2250 Credits
  • Judge: Increased from 1600 Credits to 1850 Credits
  • Marshal: Decreased from 1000 Credits to 950 Credits
  • Operator: Decreased from 5000 Credits to 4700 Credits
  • Shorty: Decreased from 200 Credits to 150 Credits
  • Stinger: Decreased from 1100 Credits to 950 Credits

COMPETITIVE UPDATES

The competitive queue also got nerfed as there were a lot of issues in match-makings.
●  If your skill improves, your rank should properly reflect that, regardless of account age.
● Matchmaking accuracy will improve across all ranks, and it will be now easy to climb to other ranks or rank push.
● While winning games is still the most important factor, individual performance will also
be accounted for to improve matchmaking at Immortal+
● Earlier, close games affected a lot on ranking. Now, they will be a decent effect on your rank if you miss close matches.
● Adjusted our Rank Rating curves, so climbing (or falling) should feel less hard.
● Updated Rank distribution
● Placements raised to Diamond 1
