KAYO is a new Robotic machine and is going to be the 16th agent in Valorant. Unlike other agents, he can be revived by any of his teammates during his ultimate ability
Act 3 of Episode 2 of Valorant is coming to an end in few days. After the end of every act or episode Valorant always comes up with something new and this time they have introduced a new agent. Moreover, this new agent in Valorant is named KAYO and is an initiator. KAYO is a robotic war machine according to Riot’s official press release. The press release also adds that he has the power to suppress his enemies.
On the occasion of YR1, Valorant is going to stream on Twitch with a panel of devs from the Competitive, Agents, and Premium Content teams. The stream will be on 21st June at 10 AM PT( 10:30 PM IST).
So, let’s have a look at KAYO’s abilities and how he can be used in Valorant.
Know All About The Abilities of Agent KAYO in Valorant
There are a total of 4 kinds of agents in Valorant naming Duelist, Controller, Initiator, and Sentinals. KAYO comes under the initiator category along with Breach, Skye, and Sova. Moreover, these types of agents are meant to cover all the angles while making a way for their team to enter the area. So, he does KAYO will do these things? Let’s have a look at his abilities.
1. FRAG/MENT
This ability is a throwable one that needs to equip by pressing the specific key and throw in an area. Furthermore, the fragment sticks to the floor and explodes multiple times to damage the enemies into it. It is somewhere similar to Killjoy’s nano swarm but the swarm only explodes for one time.
2. FLASH/DRIVE
A kind of flashbang that needs to cook before getting exploded. Moreover, this ability is throwable too and explodes after a short fuse. The right-click for flashbang takes 1 second to cook and the left click requires 1.6 seconds to cook the flashbang.
3. ZERO/POINT
This ability of KAYO is very different and a new one to the game. Additionally, it’s a blade, and the agent throws it in an area. Moreover, the opponent’s enemies will not be able to use their abilities in the radius of zero-point, which means they have to rely on their guns to fight.
4. NULL/CMD
The ultimate ability can suppress KAYO’s opponent for a short duration of time. KAYO gets overloaded with polarized radiant energy and gains combat stim. It means he can fire with more speed and reload his gun in less time.
The best part of his ultimate is when he gets killed during overloaded he can be revived by any of his teammates.
