Soon, players of Riot Games’ acclaimed first-person shooter Valorant will be able to earn a brand-new set of cosmetics, know the episode 6 act 1 battle pass release date
The Valorant skins in the battle pass cover topics as diverse as cyberpunk and kitties, and there are also three new skin lines and several sprays, gun pals, cards, and titles available.
The Lotus map, which takes inspiration from Indiana Jones, is being released alongside the battle pass. Players can earn these cosmetics by progressing through the battle pass.
The official announcement states that the Valorant Episode 6 Act 1 Battle Pass will be released on January 10 at 3:30 AM EST. However, the game’s servers will be offline for maintenance before the update is deployed. Players won’t be able to log in or participate in matches during this maintenance window.
Maintenance downtime is expected for 06:00 PT and 09:00 ET as well as 20:00 PT for Europe which would translate to 04:00 GMT on January 11th.
The design team behind the Valorant Episode 6 Act 1 Battle Pass has multiple objectives in mind, as stated by Laura Baltzer, Producer of Premium Content – Riot Games. One of the goals was to find a manner to commemorate the beginning of the new episode and the new year that would highlight the importance of cooperation and teamwork among players.

To accomplish this, they included things like the Good Fortune spray, New Year’s Knot buddy, and Peace and Love gun buddy, all of which express a sense of camaraderie and celebration, as well as the 9 Lives skinline, which lets players to assemble an entire team of cat-themed agents.
The design team also found motivation in the many upcoming winter holidays. Including Valentine’s Day, the Lunar New Year, and the Winter Solstice. You can see this in cosmetics with a party vibe, such the Shock Heart spray and Electric Love friend.
