Pro tennis player Ryan Vannah of Las Vegas, Nevada, collapsed and died on Sunday, January 29, know his cause of death

He was playing a match at Red Rock Country Club.

Within a short amount of time, Vannah was taken to a local hospital. He was pronounced dead later that day, however.

There have been no public announcements from the local coroner’s office regarding the death of Ryan Vannah. The tennis star, however, was reportedly struggling with high blood pressure and was reportedly taking the incorrect blood pressure medication, as reported by The Blaze.

What exactly happened to Ryan Vannah? What is the reason behind his death?

According to Review Journal, during Vannah’s mixed doubles match on January 29, he abruptly kneeled down, put his hands on the ground, and then laid down. About an hour was spent on his care by doctors at the Red Rock Country Club. After 55 minutes of CPR by his sister-in-law Catherine, he was pronounced dead at Summerlin Hospital.

Vannah’s formative years were spent in Sin City. After two years, the 43-year-old had won more than 40 USTA national championships with his doubles partner.

According to reports, Vannah is survived by his parents, Robert and Marsha Vannah; his brothers, Dave Dunn and Dr. Parminder Kang; his sister-in-law, Dr. Catherine Vannah; and a total of 13 nieces and nephews.
