All players on roster receive $4500/week for 10 week season
$1,500 per week if on practice squad
$600/week if in training camp
$10,000 if they are active and win the USFL Title Game

2023 USFL season
The upcoming 2023 USFL season is just the second official season of the league ever since the league returned in 2022. Just like the NFL and other sports leagues of the USA, the USFL players are also part of a common union called the United Football Players Association and United Steelworkers,
The union helps represent the players are and recently negotiated a 3-year collective bargaining deal with the league owners. The new deal will begin with the upcoming 2023 season.

Salary breakdown of a USFL player in 2023
According to the collective union deal signed with Fox Sports Media Group, each USFL player earns a minimum of $5,350 per week. In fact, inactive roster players can also earn $2,500 per week. Moreover, each of the contracts secure around $150 per week for their personal 401K plans.
Besides that amount, USFL players will also receive a small payment of $850 per week during training camps. As such, USFL players earn more than XFL players in general. This makes USFL players the highest paid football players behind NFL players. Sadly, according to the new deal on January 9, 2023, players will no longer receive the weekly performance bonuses.
