The eight teams playing in the United Football competition’s debut season, which begins on March 30, 2024, have been revealed. The United Football League is an elite spring football competition. USFL and XFL will be the two conferences into which the League will be split.
Over the last two seasons, a combined 150 alumni from the USFL and XFL have been signed to NFL contracts. Former USFL players KaVontae Turpin and Brandon Aubrey were selected to the NFL Pro Bowl while playing for the Dallas Cowboys.
Before training camp begins next month, a few teams have already selected individuals who have had successful collegiate careers and left their stamp on spring football during the past two years.

When will the United Football League (UFL) start?
On Saturday, March 30, 2024, the 10-game regular season of the United Football League (UFL) will begin with a matchup between the 2023 champion Birmingham Stallions (USFL) and Arlington Renegades (XFL). On Saturday, February 24, 2024, in Arlington, Texas, players will report to training camp.
The United Football League teams, head coaches and stadium
There will be two four-team conferences in the league, called the USFL and XFL after the former league names.
The XFL and USFL returnees are among the UFL’s head coaches. Their combined decades of coaching and playing expertise, enthusiasm for the game, and dedication to provide players with more opportunities are all valuable assets.
Russ Brandon, former President and CEO of the XFL, will lead the UFL.
