The journey of the show has been quite suffocating yet intriguing as we explored the lives within the royal palace.
However, the one question that remains in everyone’s heart is whether the queen is able to get justice for his son, The Crown Prince, Bae In-hyuk’s murder.
For those who are unaware let us tell you, in the beginning of the series, we saw the death of the crown prince. Later the investigation revealed the tragedy as it was discovered that the royal family including the Queen Dowager was behind the conspiracy.
The Queen Dowager turned out to be evil, mean and cold-hearted as much as she didn’t even dared to blink an eye when she trapped Prince and murdered him.
After doing so many evil deeds, she didn’t even get punished. However, she managed to put her son as the current king, who’s aware of the fact that his desire killed the Crown Prince.
In the final episode of Under the Queen’s Umbrella, we saw many secrets revealed on the surface. For instance, Uiseong finds out King wasn’t his father but Prince Yi-hyeok.
However, he discovered the truth only after he struck Yi-hyeok with a sword. We also saw The Queen going after Queen Dowager, who started all these conspiracies.
We also saw King discover the errors and mistakes that he had made. He also took action against his mother, Queen Dowager, however, his mother didn’t give him a chance to do anything as she took her own life.
In the final moments, Queen’s son Seongnam becomes the Crown Prince and married to a woman who he loves and soon sets out to become a father.
The Queen’s other child, who’s a trans woman, finally decided to travel and send her paintings outside in the world to explore her true self.
In the final moments of the episode, the Crown Prince seemed to be playing with his Grand heir and the Crown Princess that she wanted a son, while the Queen summoned them to the roof.
Following that, we saw the Queen strolling around the Kingdom under an umbrella held by the Crown Prince as she reflected on her duties.
