What Exactly Happened in Chapter 84
Ruth first apologizes to Maxi in Chapter 84 for not sufficiently training her to use her newfound magical powers. He takes full responsibility for her failure to warn Maxi of the disastrous consequences of using magical abilities without proper training and swears to return to her magical lessons without delay.
