Episode 2 of the Netflix show, Uncle from Another World, will be out later this month, know the release date of the anime
The show has been adapted from a manga comic series with the same name.
Globally popular Japanese manga comics called Uncle from Another World were created by Hotondo Shindeiru. There have been seven volumes published as of February 2022. Over 1.8 million copies of the popular comic have been circulated worldwide.

The anime serialization of the comic was announced on June 29, 2018 on Kadokawa Shoten’s manga app and website, ComicWalker.
The first episode premiered on July 6, 2022. The first episode, titled,”I’m Finally Back From the Fantasy World Of Granbahamal After 17 Long Years!”, was streamed globally on Netflix.
Plot of Uncle From Another World Episode 1
The story is about a boy named Takafumi and his 34-year-old uncle Yosuke. Yosuke spent the last 17 years of his life in a coma. He claims to return from an alternate world, Granbahamal.
He demonstrated magical powers to his nephew, who decided to make money out of his uncle’s powers by posting videos on YouTube. Since Yosuke has no other relatives, he moves in with his nephew. He faces problems in adjusting to the new world that has been largely mordenized in the last 17 years. Takafumi’s uncle loved video games. He now needs to get used to a whole new level of technology. He misses his favourite game, Sonic, which the milannials find highly relatable.
Yokoshe shows Takafumi his memories from the Isekai World. He speaks of Elga, a female elf. Takafumi notices that Yokoshe never realised Elga’s love for him. Elga also saved his life once. Elga followed Yosuke around for 17 years after he left her in an unknown town. Takafumi discovers that he actually respects Elga for her persistence in pursuing Yosuke.
Shigeki is directing the anime adaptation of the comic of the same name. He has already worked on various anime productions, including Blue Exorcist and Darling in the Franxx.
So far, the anime adaptation is being praised by its viewers.

Episode two of the show “Uncle from Another World” will be released on July 13th in Japan at 10:00 P.M. (JST Zone). The upcoming episode will be available on the OTT platform, Netflix.
The episode will be released worldwide after two weeks on July 27th, 2022. The show is in Japanese but will be released with English subtitles two weeks after the original release.
