The Indian speed gun lately bowled the fastest delivery ever by an Indian pacer of 153.0 against Gujrat Titans. In that over his slowest ball was 149 km and he clicked 5 deliveries over 150km. The 22 year old has a height of 160cm. He bowled at a speed of 153.1 km/hour which was the fastest delivery in IPL 2022 before being bettered by Lockie Ferguson.

Umran malik’s three-wicket maiden against PBKS
In match number 28 of IPL 2022, SRH won the toss and asked PBKS to bat first at the DY Patil stadium. SRH did quite well to restrict PBKS to 151 runs till the 19th over. Captain Kane Williamson asked Umran Malik to bowl the 20th over of the game. The young sensation delivered to the occasion and bowled a maiden last over to the dangerous Odean Smith. Umran malik took 3 wickets in his last over removing Odean smith, Rahul Chahar, and Vaibhav singh.

Umran Malik was named man of the match for his 4-28
SRH won the match convincingly after they restricted PBKS on a below-par score of 151 with the help of Umran’s spell. The batters didn’t face much difficulty to chase it down as they finished the game in 18.5 overs. The top scorer for SRH was Aiden Markram who was unbeaten on 41*.
Umran became the fourth bowler to bowl a maiden last over
Umran Malik’s Fiery last over against PBKS made him feature in the list of Irfan Pathan, Lasith Malinga, and, Jaidev Unadkat who have bowled a maiden last over.
