Ultimate Kho Kho League on Friday at the Shree Shiv Chhatrapati Sports Complex was a stunning display. Telugu Yoddhas defeated Chennai Quick Guns in the opening match with a score of 61–43, demonstrating their superiority over them. In the second game, Odisha Juggernauts defeated Gujarat Giants in Qualifier 1 with a commanding 57-43 victory to secure a spot in the final of Ultimate Kho Kho League.

Telugu Yoddhas vs Chennai Quick Guns Match Summary
Telugu Yoddhas earned 19 points in the attack with four Sky Dives and a Pole Dive, which gave them a 13-point advantage at the end of the first Turn. However, the score read 26-25 in favor of Chennai at the conclusion of the first inning, leaving little to choose between the two teams. Quick Guns underperformed in defense during the crucial third Turn, allowing the Yoddhas to surpass the 50-point barrier. In the third instalment, the Quick Guns were unable to add to their point total while the Yoddhas earned 34 attacking points.
In order to turn this one into a game, the Quick Guns had a mountain to climb in the last Turn. However, Yoddhas was in complete control of the game from the outset and prevailed 61-43 to advance to Qualifier 2. The Chennai Quick Guns were eliminated from the competition as a result of this defeat.
Gujarat Giants vs Odisha Juggernauts Match Summary
At the end of the first seven minutes of play, the Juggernauts led the game 23 to nil. The Juggernauts then outperformed themselves even better in the second turn to lead Giants by nine points. Juggernauts had a commanding 31-point advantage at the conclusion of the penultimate Turn following an outstanding run in the attack. The last Turn was supposed to be a nail-biting drama, but Giants appeared off course as they allowed Odisha Juggernauts to advance to final following a commanding 57-43 victory.
Gujarat Giants will now play Telugu Yoddhas on Saturday in Qualifier 2 following this defeat. Meanwhile, Odisha Juggernauts will await the winner of qualifier-2 in final.
