UFC 2022 is upon us with the first fight scheduled for 15th January, ead on to know the dates and schedule of some of the major fighting events
UFC fans cannot wait for the action to begin as we step into 2022. We will witness some exhilarating bouts inside the octagon early next year with Calvin Kattar and Gig Chikadze facing off for a featherweight clash in the first fight night of the year. The fight is scheduled to take place on Saturday, 15th January and the chief preliminary act will see Muslim Salikhov taking on Michael Pereira.
The fight card will also have flyweight, lightweight and bantamweight events- Kleydson Rodrigues vs Zarruk Adashev, Dakota Bush vs Viacheslav Borshchev and Brian Kelleher vs Saidyokub Kahramanov.
A week after that i.e. Saturday, January 22nd is when the first main event of the year, UFC 270 takes place. Francis Ngannou will lock horns with Ciryl Gane in what is going to be a hard-hitting showdown in the heavyweight division. A flyweight title bout between champion Brandon Moreno and Deiveson Figueiredo is also set to materialize along with the main event.
